MacroEdtech is looking for 5 Research Assistants for a 2-month research project focused on developing academic research papers in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering and Business Analytics.

📚 What You Will Work On
During the 2-month project, selected candidates will contribute to:
  1. Literature review and systematic identification of research gaps
  2. Research problem formulation
  3. Development of conceptual/research frameworks
  4. Data collection and analysis where applicable
  5. Quantitative modelling / analytics
  6. Preparation of research findings
  7. Academic research paper development

  • Basic knowledge of Statistics and/or Econometrics
  • Familiarity with optimization, mathematical modelling, simulation or operations research is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Python, R, Excel, MATLAB or similar analytical tools is desirable
  • Academic writing and referencing skills
  • Ability to work independently and systematically on a research problem
