I am Priyadarshini, a GenAI Research Intern at MacroEdtech . As part of our Phase 01 GenAI Research Internship, I have been working on a comprehensive research initiative focused on understanding the transformative impact of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) across diverse industries. During the past two weeks, I completed an in-depth study covering GenAI applications in Healthcare, Banking & Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail & E-Commerce, IT & Software, Telecommunications, Education Technology (EdTech), Media & Entertainment, Automotive & Mobility, and Energy & Utilities. This research explores how GenAI is being used to improve productivity, automate business processes, enhance customer experiences, support data-driven decision-making, accelerate innovation, and solve industry-specific challenges. Preparing this report has significantly expanded my understanding of the practical applications, opportunities, and future potential of Generative AI across multiple sectors. This work is part of a larger Phase 01 initiative in which our research team is developing comprehensive reports on 20 diverse industry use cases of GenAI before progressing to application development and research projects in the next phase of the internship.
