I am Ishika, and I am currently pursuing my internship at MacroEdtech. As part of my internship, I have been working on an interesting research project titled "A Sociological Analysis of Customer Sentiment in Online Food Delivery Platform."I am pleased to share that I have successfully completed Task 01 & Task 02 of this project.
According to the assigned work, I prepared two comprehensive reports separately, covering the required research objectives and presenting a structured understanding of the topic. This task helped me strengthen my research, analytical thinking, and report-writing skills while exploring customer sentiment from a sociological perspective.
In the next phase, I will perform data analysis using Google Colab, apply appropriate analytical techniques, and derive meaningful insights from the dataset. I look forward to sharing my findings and learning outcomes as I progress through the project.
